Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from warehouses & factories located in different parts of world. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as we ship each item from different warehouses & factories.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 8-31 business days for normal delivery orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product and country; based on demand and from which warehouse the item shipping from.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 3-5 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. Currently you can place an order from anywhere but we ship to limited countries like US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & some European countries like (Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland & Netherlands)   . 

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, shipping is Free for most of orders. 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in USD. 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
